Excellent beachfront hotel , Everything you can ask , Amazing Breakfast and Amazing beachfront restaurant. Staff in every section on their feet , special thanks to Bee Jay! Rooms super clean and comfy, nothing more to ask really from any 5 star establishment, and rates are very reasonable across all services.

Good resort, good location, good staff but need improvement

The resort is exclusive, own private beach with nice view from the room. Food from restaurants were good and nice, in fact we spending 50% of room price on food. Staff greeted with smile whenever seeing guests, feel warm and welcome.

The way system works in the resort. We were assigned the room at 3.30pm however luggage reached us at 5.00pm, reason being they cannot locate our luggage. Ordered dine in service, food delivered but without utensils, made a request but no reply hence have to walk to other restaurant to borrow folks and spoon. Drinking water not replenished daily, room not swept either.

Best hotel in Boracay

Everything! What is very important for me is breakfast and it was delicious with a lot of variety. Comfortable bed, nice room, amazing beach, very polite staff where ever you go.

Dinner is too expensive so unfortunately it’s the best option to go to station 2 and have good dinner in one of the many restaurants. Few times waiters on the beach forget the drinks we ordered but it’s not a big deal. Security during foam pool party was not nice. They were acting like guests are criminals, it was kind of funny.

Beautiful and clean great spa

The breakfast closes at 10.30 but at 9.30 due to number of people most of the food was finished and not filled up on time so an hour left to service they should still be refilling loads of empty dishes I found that sloppy for a good place like this

The location of the hotel is far from station 1,2 where most of the shops and restaurants but its not a nigitve point the hotel provides shuttle bus to take you to station 2 or you can take a motorbike.

Not so good, not so bad:/

++ kind&helpful staffs, much less crowded tjan White beach area, great swimming pools, great sea view, transportation service, kids play room, kiddie programs + breakfast buffet (much better than Hennan resorts) , room cleanliness, bed, pillows and linens, security systems

- no microwave to use by myself (for family with baby, it’s necessary) , - - shuttle buses are only 4times a day. Also too small van for many waiting customers. Terrible Road conditions - it’s flooded when raining, which means no tricycles to travel to and from White beach. They really need to run more shuttle not to make customers feel more convenient to go to D mall area.

Hotel itself was superb. Buffet was excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely book in this hotel again.

It's a little bit far from the center and we need to wait for the transportation or we need to pay etrike to go to the city center.

It was a excellent choice in a resort They took care of all the little details that can make your vacation frustrating--from the flight in until when they drop you off they took care of everything. The private beach was a nice break from the vendors on the main beach. A special thanks to Roger and Vincii for helping me get my girlfriends airline ticket taken care of and getting her to the hotel. Also if they recommended a Rester aunt we were always met where the taxi dropped up off and had the best seating in the Rester aunt

The US aged steak at Mosaic Resteraunt was replaced with a holland steak that was very tough and not up to the standard I am sure they prefer.

We liked that and definitely would like to stay there again ..

Very good level of service, wonderful buffet, nice private beach, pool party, dinners outside, spa... Everything was good.... after this hotel we stayed couple night in MOvenpick., hotel nearby.. No comments, the worst service i had in Asia, staff couldn't speak english.. Managers could't organize even small events...

A bit overpriced may be, but in comparison with nearby hotels, you get the best for its price.

The property was fancy and clean and I really liked my room.

The property was fancy and clean and I really liked my room. The bathroom was big and the bed was comfortable. Since the storm was passing, I couldn’t really enjoy the pool and the private beach but the view was amazing. Hot water works very well. And the Aum spa there was fantastic. I stayed at three different resorts during my trip to Boracay and the Crimson was the best. (It was the most expensive one and I thought it was worth spending more money on)

Room cleaning was very random. When I went to Kota-kinabalu, i stayed at ShangriLa Rasa Ria and i remember everytime i went out for the breakfast or swimming, someone cleaned the room. Maybe they did like that because it was quite fancy room with own butler service. But still i stayed at the seaview suite here as well and the value wasn’t so different. While staying at Crimson, cleaning service was around mostly in the late afternoon. (4to5) By that time, me and my husband were relaxing or napping in the bed after swimming and having late lunch. And if there is someone knocking on your door shouting cleaning, would you say yes and welcome them inside to clean the room?̊̈ For this reason, I couldn’t get any cleaning service for 3nights. The cleaning time really should be changed.

Our stay in Crimson Hotel was over our expectation.

I like their customer service. The best so far. Hotel personnels are everywhere to help and greet you. The food? breakfast buffet is definitely one of the best. You can even have different food each day in a week. Not a typical hotel breakfast. So generous. A lot to offer for lunch and dinner as well. From local cuisine to any other asian food. I like how the entire facility is maintained. So clean in every corner. No eye sores around. Toilet no problem, available everywhere. Note with aircon. The hotel beach front is so calm and relaxing with pool and bar. So many things, I just asked what I want and they can right away act on it. Btw, they prepared all our needs for our arrival and departure. To and from the airport. We arrived and departed just right in the hotel beach front. It’s like red carpet. So many good things to say. One more thing, I can see that the owner has generated a lot of job for the locals. Thumbs up.

I don’t like how they called their customers. ‘Sir and Ma’m’. Just call by their name please. But no problem, that does not matter anyway.

Great Vacations

Overall the experience was excellent. The place is so serene/tranquil, very clean and very little crowd. I was able to relax well. The staff are great, extremely friendly and polite. Each and every restaurant served sumptuous meals. The rooms are spacious and clean. So many activities to do around. Transport services are great as well. Worth the value of money.

A fabulous hotel with extraordinary food and the best staff, especially Riza!

This is a fabulous hotel, with excellent staff. The buffet breakfast was extraordinarily varied, with every taste catered for. I've never eaten curry for breakfast before but did here as it was superb - notably the fish in coconut and the duck. The food at the beach restaurant was also superb and not over priced (we paid around 800 pesos each for a delicious Pad Thai and an excellent Biryani). The rooms are large and beautifully finished. Lovely infinity pool by the beach with kayaks available for free on the beach. Water is also freely available. But what makes the hotel exceptional is the staff - quite often I find pool bar staff can be too 'cool for school' but not here, they are incredibly attentive and helpful. The reception staff are also excellent. Riza in particular was delightful - she is so friendly and helpful, giving the perfect bookend to our stay and a credit to the hotel.

This is real nit-picking but I guess that's what top hotels like to help keep on top of things. My wife said her hair got really dry during the stay as the combined shampoo and conditioner does not condition - to be honest I noticed this too. We were surprised not to have an iron and ironing board in the room too - but to be fair these arrived in minutes once requested. The bus shuttle service runs every 2 hours into the heart of the main Boracay resort, but skips 6pm (4pm or 8pm) which is when we wanted to go. All minor issues.

I like the location and that it was not crowded at all.

I like the location and that it was not crowded at all. The room we first stayed in was a good size and very comfortable but it was in an annex building that was a bit far from the beach so we opted to transfer to a beautiful private villa with a pool. All the staff were nice and we enjoyed the spa, saffron and mosaic restaurants.

The annex building used tiles for the flooring that made it look stained but none the less the whole property was very clean. The spa also needs to be supplied with the proper toiletries.

Absolute Paradise! We want to go back!

The reception from the airport, via the hotel’s private port and speedboat was phenomenal! After a stressful journey I could have cried to be met with refreshments, a comfortable lounge and kind service. Musicians greeted us at the hotel and a welcoming drink. Our room was upgraded to a suite, with welcome gifts. The bathroom and bedroom were beautiful. Contrary to the hotel description of an infinity pool, the hotel has 3 infinity pools. The hotel is literally on the perfectly manicured beach. There were activities - water and otherwise or as we did, you could just relax in the beautiful romantic double sun loungers and take in the breathtaking view whilst sipping cocktails and watching the sun set. The food was excellent - wonderful breakfast and Areis accommodated by inability to eat spicy food in the evening. Mark the barman remembered our names which gave it a personal touch and Kirk the driver was courteous and helpful in getting us back to speedboat on our exit. We almost had to be dragged kicking and screaming from paradise.

Nothing. It was excellent. The high level of service made this hotel especially special. It was amazing!

It's one of the must-visit resorts in Boracay!

The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations. Even my friends who were visiting the Philippines and Boracay for the first time were amazed by the assortment of cuisines available. They even have a make-your-own-taho station! The bartenders were happy to serve us with cocktails the whole day as we lounge by their pool and as we drink the whole day, abusing their all-day happy hour promo. My friend and I also got a free upgrade to the ocean view suite! On Saturdays they have their foam party by the pool.

They said that the rooms will be available by 3PM which is their standard check-in time. Sadly, we were only able to check-in at 5PM and for the 2-hour wait, we could have swam, but we couldn't access our suitcases until we get checked in the room.
